Foreign Material Exclusion and Firewatch Services (Cooper Nuclear Station)

Work Requested

The DISTRICT is seeking a contractor to provide the following services at the Cooper Nuclear Station (CNS), located near Brownville, Nebraska, during both the pre-outage period and the Fall 2026 Refueling Outage (RE34): - Foreign Material Exclusion (FME) services, ensuring that foreign materials are prevented from entering systems, structures, and components, in accordance with DISTRICT procedures and, where applicable, the CONTRACTOR'S internal processes. - Compensatory Firewatch services, performed as required by DISTRICT procedure and relevant standards. Who is Requesting: The DISTRICT is the requesting entity for these services.

Background
