Trailer Acquisition

Background

The New Hampshire Department of Administrative Services, through its Division of Procurement and Support Services, is issuing this Request for Bid (RFB) to establish a contract for the supply of trailers. The goal is to procure two MCH 8.5x20-IF Trailers or equivalent, which will be utilized by the State of New Hampshire.

Work Details

The contract requires the delivery of two MCH 8.5x20-IF Trailers (or equivalent) with the following specifications: - All aluminum construction - Integrated frame - Flat front with cast corners - Dexter torsion ride axle - Side man door measuring 32 inches by 72 inches with a pull-out step - 16 inch O/C cross members - 3/4 inch water-resistant decking - Three LED dome lights with a wall switch - White Luan walls - 6 inch extruded aluminum kick plate - Roof vent - 24 inch stone guard - Tapered rear ramp door with spring assist - 5000 lbs. center jack - Exterior LED lighting - 48 inch beaver tail - Four heavy-duty recessed D-rings. Vendors must also provide material safety data sheets with the delivery of any products covered by RSA 277-A.

Period of Performance

The successful vendor must complete delivery of items within 90 days after receipt of Purchase Order.

Place of Performance

Delivery is required to the NH Fire Academy located at 98 Smokey Bear Blvd., Concord, NH 03301.

Bidder Requirements

Vendors must be duly registered as a vendor authorized to conduct business in the State of New Hampshire and have a completed Vendor Application Package on file with the NH Bureau of Purchase and Property prior to bid award. Additionally, vendors must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
