Vehicle Upfitting

Background

The New Hampshire Department of Administrative Services, through its Division of Procurement and Support Services, is issuing a Request for Bid (RFB) for Vehicle Upfitting. The purpose of this bid invitation is to establish a contract in the form of a purchase order to supply the State of New Hampshire with vehicle upfitting services as specified in the bid invitation.

Work Details

The successful vendor will be responsible for supplying and installing vehicle upfitting components as outlined in the specifications. This includes installation of equipment such as lights, sirens, and other necessary accessories on state vehicles. The vendor must ensure that all items meet or exceed the required specifications and are new (current model year), not used or refurbished. Additionally, the vendor must provide warranty coverage for all equipment for a minimum of one year from acceptance by the State. Delivery is required within 90 days after receipt of the Purchase Order.

Period of Performance

The contract will be effective upon award and must be completed within 90 days after receipt of the Purchase Order.

Place of Performance

The work will be performed at designated locations in New Hampshire as specified by the State during the contract period.

Bidder Requirements

Vendors must be duly registered to conduct business in New Hampshire and have a completed Vendor Application Package on file with the NH Bureau of Purchase and Property. They must also comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to toxic substances. The successful vendor must provide proof of compliance with proposal specifications upon request.
