Instructions on Submission

Sealed bids may be delivered in person, by mail, or by special delivery to the Columbia Port Commission at the Caldwell Parish Library Meeting Room, 211 Jackson Street, Columbia, LA 71418. Bids will be publicly opened and read at 11:30 a.m. Central Time on June 18, 2026. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on-site at the Port of Columbia, Riverton Camp Road, Columbia, LA 71418, on June 5, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. Complete bidding documents are available electronically and can be downloaded from http://www.centralbidding.com under Louisiana Agencies, Bryant Hammett & Associates, LLC. Prospective bidders are encouraged to register as plan holders on the website or with the Engineer, even if documents are obtained elsewhere. The designated website will be updated with addenda, plan holder lists, reports, and other relevant information for submitting a project bid. All official notifications, addenda, and other bidding documents will be provided through this site.
