Construction Management At Risk (CMAR) Project for St. Tammany Parish Hospital Service District No. 1 D/B/A St. Tammany Health System

The St. Tammany Parish Hospital Service District No. 1 d/b/a St. Tammany Health System is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified and licensed general contractors for a Construction Management At Risk (CMAR) project. The selected contractor will provide comprehensive pre-construction design-assist services and construction management at risk services for the Fourth Floor Buildout South Tower Expansion project. This solicitation is issued by St. Tammany Parish Hospital Service District No. 1, operating as St. Tammany Health System, a political subdivision of the State of Louisiana. The contract is authorized under Louisiana Revised Statute 38:2225.2.4 ( CMAR ), specifically under the authority of La. R.S. 38:2225.2.4 F(1). Requirements for this contract include: Submission of a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) by qualified and licensed general contractors ( Proposers ) Provision of both pre-construction design-assist and construction management at risk services for the specified hospital expansion project Instructions for submission: SOQs must be received by the Owner no later than 2:00 p.m. local time on June 5, 2026. Late submissions will not be accepted. Each SOQ must be sealed in an opaque envelope. The envelope must be hand-delivered or sent by registered or certified mail, return receipt requested.
