Key tasks include: - Repairing and updating firmware for thousands of individual subscriber radios and infrastructure components. - Providing a 90-day parts and labor warranty on all repairs. - Ensuring that repairs are performed by Motorola certified technicians to meet manufacturer specifications. - Completing repairs within 5 business days or providing operational standby equipment if repairs exceed this timeframe. - Performing calibrations on repaired radio equipment with documentation provided upon return. - Readily replacing hardware or software failures due to any causes including accidents or natural disasters. - Quoting firm fixed prices per equipment type listed in the solicitation.
