Background This requirement is for a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) issued by the Defense Health Agency/US Army Medical Research and Development Command. The goal of this contract is to provide a variety of compressed and bulk medical grade gases, laboratory and specialty gases, gas-related equipment, supply and services, and dry ice pellets to support various research labs as needed. Work Details The BPA will cover the following products and services: - Compressed and bulk medical grade gases - Laboratory gases - Specialty gases - Gas-related equipment - Supply and services related to these gases - Dry ice pellets for customer leased and/or government-owned cylinders. The contractor must ensure timely delivery of medical gas cylinders within 24 hours after receiving requests, monitor bulk tank levels to remain above 20% capacity, provide accurate proof of delivery and invoicing through WAWF within 5 days of service, ensure all cylinders are correctly identified with UN or DOT numbers, routinely hydrostatically test cylinders as required, and comply with all applicable ISO standards. Place of Performance The geographic location for delivery includes various research labs supported by the Defense Health Agency.
