Work Details The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to deliver DirecTV satellite television service. Specific requirements include: - Providing a minimum of specified television stations to all television sets and receivers at the Jesse Brown VA Medical Center and two additional locations. - Conducting semi-annual site visits to ensure quality of service and signal reception. - Offering 24/7 technical support via a toll-free number for troubleshooting issues. - Ensuring service is operational 365 days a year with normal coverage hours from Monday to Friday excluding holidays. - Maintaining high-quality audio and video signals; if issues arise, the contractor must troubleshoot and resolve them promptly. - Providing credits for any unintentional loss of service exceeding eight continuous hours. Period of Performance The contract will have a base year starting from June 1, 2026, to May 31, 2027, with four additional option years that can be exercised at the discretion of the government.
