Elevator and Lift Replacement at Ellicott City District Court - General Construction Work

Background

The State of Maryland, through its Department of General Services (DGS), is issuing this solicitation for the replacement of elevators and lifts at the Ellicott City District Court. Work Details

The contractor will be responsible for the complete replacement of existing elevators and lifts at the Ellicott City District Court. Period of Performance

The contract period will commence upon issuance of a Notice to Proceed (NTP) and is expected to last for 12 months, including all phases from pre-construction activities through post-construction administrative closeout.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must comply with Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) participation goals set forth in the solicitation. A bid bond is required for bids exceeding $200,000, along with proof of insurance and performance bonds if awarded. Bidders must also submit a completed MBE Utilization Affidavit with their proposal.
