Background

The Illinois Department of Transportation (IDOT) is seeking to procure Redgate Flyway Licenses as part of its initiative to automate deployment processes and improve the quality and speed of development. Work Details

The contract involves the procurement of existing Redgate Flyway Enterprise licenses and Redgate SQL Prompt Professional licenses. IDOT also seeks additional Flyway Enterprise licenses to accommodate departmental growth due to insufficient current license capacity. The software will facilitate automated release management processes for application development, addressing audit findings and mitigating potential risks associated with compromised data. The electronic delivery of licenses will be made to Patrick Fugate at IDOT's Springfield office.

Period of Performance

The contract has an initial term beginning upon execution and lasting for one year, with a total term not exceeding ten years including any renewals.

The services will be performed in the United States, specifically at IDOT's office located at 2300 S. Dirksen Parkway, Springfield, IL 62764.

Bidder Requirements

This solicitation includes a 3% Business Enterprise Program (BEP) goal. Vendors must comply with Illinois Procurement Gateway Certifications and Disclosures. Subcontractors are allowed; however, any subcontractor agreements valued over $100,000 must include Standard Illinois Certifications. Vendors must also maintain appropriate insurance coverage as specified in the contract.
