Work Requested

The District is seeking information from instructional design firms with the capability to support enterprise-scale training and change management initiatives. The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to gain a comprehensive understanding of available capabilities, delivery models, and market offerings in this area. Firms may be invited to provide demonstrations to showcase their systems' features and capabilities after the RFI process. Who is Requesting: This RFI is issued by Public Utility District No. 1 of Snohomish County ( District ).

Background

The District is exploring options to enhance its enterprise training and capability enablement services. The information collected through this RFI will inform the District's decision on whether to proceed with a formal solicitation. If the District decides to move forward, a Request for Proposal (RFP) will be developed and managed according to District purchasing policies and procedures.

Contract Requirements

- Respondents should be able to support large-scale training and organizational change initiatives. - Firms must demonstrate their instructional design capabilities and delivery models. - The District may request live demonstrations from selected vendors based on RFI responses.
