Background
The City of Quincy, Massachusetts, is seeking proposals from qualified vendors on behalf of the Law Office for professional services related to Workers' Compensation. The goal of this contract is to provide comprehensive case management and administration services for police officers and firefighters under Massachusetts General Laws.
Work Details
The scope of services includes: - Administration and management of future workers’ compensation cases; - Administration and management of existing workers’ compensation cases; - Loss control consulting services; - Administration and management of medical services provided to police and fire personnel in accordance with M.G.L. Chapter 41, Sections 100 and 111F; - Integration of services with the Quincy Retirement Board’s Early Intervention Program; - Preparation and submission of mandatory secondary payer reports to Medicare.
