The Executive Office of Technology Services and Security (EOTSS) of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts is responsible for overseeing IT policy and managing technology investments across state agencies. The contract will involve the purchase of a platform designed to handle Research participant Customer Relationship Management (CRM), communications, scheduling, and incentive distribution. The expected usage includes: - 12+ users (Researchers, Product Managers, Design Leads, etc.) - 15,000+ contacts - Multiple user panels per state organization. EOTSS reserves the right to procure additional related products and services as a result of this RFQ.

Period of Performance

The estimated term for any contract resulting from this RFQ is an initial 12-month period, with options for renewal or extension upon written agreement by both the awarded bidder and the Agency.
