Background

The Commonwealth of Massachusetts is seeking qualified vendors to provide accessibility services to support Equal Opportunity Employment (EOE) and EOE agencies. The goal of this contract is to ensure compliance with accessibility standards, laws, and regulations, specifically focusing on the needs of various categories outlined in the RFQ.

Work Details

Vendors must demonstrate technical expertise and prior experience in testing systems for compliance with accessibility standards. The services required include: 1. A proposed technical approach that meets RFQ specifications, including clarity, comprehensiveness, relevance, accuracy, methodology, and approach to deliverables across various multimedia formats (PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, HTML, forms, MP4). 2. Previous experience with WCAG 2.1 AA, Section 508, and applicable state accessibility standards related to accessibility projects. 3. Qualifications and capabilities of proposed staff including project management skills and reporting capabilities; resumes and certifications (e.g., CPACC, WAS, DHS Trusted Tester) are required. 4. Availability of resources from the bidder. 5. Quality and completeness of the written response along with business references.

The contract will be performed starting from April 3, 2026.
