Background

The Office of Administration, Information Technology Services Division (OA-ITSD) of the State of Missouri requires ongoing maintenance and support for their CA Gen Software, which has been in use since 1997. Due to its extensive use and the proprietary nature of the software, it is deemed impractical to replace it with any alternative product.
