Work Details

The contract involves construction activities for the restoration of the Shell Beach Boat Launch. Period of Performance

The contract work is expected to commence with mobilization and procurement of materials within ten (10) working days following the receipt of the Notice to Proceed. The bids are due by June 9, 2026.

The work will be performed at Shell Beach, located in Assumption Parish, Louisiana.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must be licensed in the State of Louisiana for Heavy Construction and must provide proof of good standing with the Federal Government (not debarred or suspended). A bid security equal to five percent (5%) of the total bid is required in the form of a certified check, cashier’s check, or bid bond. The successful bidder must furnish a Performance and Payment Bond for one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price and provide certificates of insurance.
