Reheat Outlet Header & Stub Tube Replacement, Unit 1 Boiler at Gerald Gentleman Station

The Nebraska Public Power District (DISTRICT) is seeking budgetary estimates for the replacement of the Unit 1 Boiler Reheat Outlet Header and Stub Tubes at the Gerald Gentleman Station (GGS) near Sutherland, Nebraska. The scope of work includes: Supplying all required materials for the replacement of the Reheat Outlet Header and Stub Tubes. Providing installation labor for the replacement activities. Ensuring that all material supply and fabrication are sourced from non-Asian countries (with South Korea and Japan accepted). USA-based material supply and fabrication is preferred. If USA sourcing is not primary, please provide material pricing for both USA and alternate accepted sources. This Request for Information (RFI) is issued by the Nebraska Public Power District. The purpose of this RFI is to gather budgetary estimated costs for both material supply and installation labor, in preparation for the planned work during the GGS Spring 2026 outage. Vendors are offered the opportunity to access typically inaccessible areas of the work site during this outage, allowing for a walk down of the proposed work area. This access is intended solely to support the development of budgetary estimates and is not a pre-bid walkdown or a solicitation for bid packages.
