Building Renovation - LDH

Background

The Louisiana Department of Health (LDH) is seeking contractors for the repair and renovation of the exterior of Home #205 located at the Pinecrest Developmental Center in Pineville, Louisiana. This project aims to enhance the facility's structural integrity and aesthetic appeal, aligning with LDH's mission to provide quality health services.

Work Details

The contractor shall furnish all labor and materials to repair, caulk, prime, and paint the exterior of Home #205 as per the specifications outlined in Attachment C. The scope includes comprehensive exterior renovations that adhere to the provided specifications and requirements. A jobsite visit is mandatory prior to bid submission, and a Jobsite Verification Form must be included in the bid submission.

Period of Performance

The contract is expected to commence upon award and will be completed within a timeframe specified by the contractor in their bid response.

Place of Performance

The work will be performed at Home #205, Pinecrest Developmental Center, 136 Tinker Nugent Dr., Pineville, LA 71360.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must have a valid Contractor's License Number in the appropriate classification for building construction. Bids must include a bid security of 5% of the total amount bid if it exceeds $50,000. Vendors must be registered in the LaGov vendor system and comply with all applicable federal and state laws regarding civil rights and accessibility standards.
