Aerial Lift and Service Body (Supply and Install)

Background

The New Hampshire Department of Administrative Services, through its Division of Procurement and Support Services, is issuing a Request for Bid (RFB) for the supply and installation of an Aerial Lift and Service Body. The goal of this contract is to establish a purchase order with a qualified vendor to meet the state's needs for aerial lift equipment, which is essential for various state operations.

Work Details

The successful vendor will be required to supply, deliver, uncrate, set into place, make all final connections, start-up and test all equipment as specified in the bid invitation. The specific item to be provided is one Aerial Lift and Service Body that meets or exceeds the specifications outlined in the bid documents. The vendor must include specification sheets with their submission. Additionally, the vendor must provide all labor, tools, transportation, materials, equipment, and permits necessary to perform the services described. The work must comply with all applicable regulations and standards.

Period of Performance

The contract will commence upon award and must be completed within 120 business days from the award date. The exact start date will be mutually agreed upon by the State and the awarded vendor.

Place of Performance

The delivery and installation of the Aerial Lift and Service Body will take place at NH DOT Mechanical Services located at 33 Smokey Bear Blvd, Concord NH 03301.

Bidder Requirements

Vendors must be duly registered with the NH Bureau of Purchase and Property as State of New Hampshire vendors. Corporations or limited liability companies must also be registered with the New Hampshire Secretary of State. Vendors are required to submit proof of comprehensive general liability insurance coverage prior to being awarded a contract. This insurance must cover claims of bodily injury or property damage in amounts not less than $1 million per occurrence and $2 million aggregate.
