Background The Health Readiness Contracting Office, located at 2199 Storage Street, Suite 68 JBSA Fort Sam Houston, Texas 78234, is issuing this Notice of Intent (NOI) to inform industry contractors of the Government’s intent to execute a Sole Source Award. This action is under the authority for the acquisition of responsible sources where no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements as per 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1) or 41 U.S.C. 3304(a)(1). The goal of this contract is to support the Public Health Command, East, Public Health Laboratory (PHC, East PHL). Work Details The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, and materials necessary to support the Public Health Command, East, Public Health Laboratory (PHC, East PHL). The services to be conducted by the contractor include remote and/or on-site audit services for the laboratory located at Public Health Command, East, Fort Meade, Maryland. All interested parties must meet specific performance objectives including: - designating a point of contact prior to the start date of the contract; - maintaining 100% of licenses and certifications; - complying with security requirements at all times; - ensuring compliance with specific tasks at least 99% of the time. Period of Performance The period of performance includes a base year with three options and allows for an additional 6-month extension if needed. The anticipated contract period is from June 1, 2026 through November 30, 2029. Place of Performance Public Health Command, East, Fort Meade, Maryland.
