The Government is seeking sources for Plant Interstage Cooler Bundle Assemblies. This is not a solicitation. The Government will not pay for any expenses associated with this response. This is not an indiciation to start work. This is a brand name requirement and other brands will not be accepted. The parts shall be made in the United States. See attached for full details. Provide a BASCO reseller letter, CAGE Code and SAM UEI, size status, preliminary estimate, and lead time. Provide a response to Contracting Officer, Erica Anglin at erica.anglin@us.af.mil no later than the close date/time (13 May 2026 at 10 AM Central Time).

Work Details The contractor will be responsible for providing Plant Interstage Cooler Bundle Assemblies that meet the specified requirements outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW). The SOW includes detailed submittal procedures for various items such as shop drawings, product data, samples, design data, test plans and reports, certificates, manufacturer’s instructions, field reports, operation and maintenance data, final design drawings and documentation, record drawings, and miscellaneous submittals. Each type of submittal must comply with specific requirements regarding format, quantity, and content. For instance: - Shop Drawings must include dimensions and compliance with specified standards. - Product Data should illustrate size and characteristics of materials. - Samples must demonstrate functional and aesthetic characteristics. - Certificates must attest that products meet specification requirements. Additionally, all submittals must be reviewed by an authorized representative of the Contractor prior to submission to ensure correctness.
