Award of Task Order: will result in multiple Performance Based, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) Requirements Contracts as best meets the needs of the Government based on the lowest priced bid that is responsive / responsible.

Tentative Dates

Site(s) Visit/Pre-Bid Conference (if needed): An organized site visit is not scheduled. Bidders are urged and expected to inspect the site where services are to be performed and to satisfy themselves regarding all general and local conditions that may affect the cost of contract performance, to the extent that the information is reasonably obtainable. In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a claim after contract award.

Background The Kisatchie National Forest Road Maintenance Services and Construction IDIQ project is issued by the USDA Forest Service, which is responsible for managing national forests and grasslands. Period of Performance The contract will be performed over a one-year base period from the date of task order issuance with four one-year option periods that could extend performance through May 14, 2031.
