The contract involves the supply and installation of an Amerikooler prefabricated freezer storage room measuring 18'0" in length, 10'0" in width, and 8'0" in height. Key specifications include: - Insulation: 4" thick AK-XPS4 extruded foam with R-value of R-32, NSF required coved corners, cam lock fasteners for panel intersections. - Finishes: Exterior finishes of 26 Ga. Stucco Embossed Acrylume; interior finishes of 26 Ga. Galvanized White. - Doors: Standard 36" x 76" left/right hinged flush door with heated viewport window, digital LED thermometer, and energy-saving features.

Refrigeration System

Air-cooled condensing units designed for R455 A2L refrigerant, equipped with adaptive defrost control and remote monitoring capabilities. - Additional shelving includes five-tier green epoxy wire shelving units from Focus Hospitality with specified weight capacities and dimensions. - Installation responsibilities include delivery, uncrating, leveling concrete if needed, running refrigeration lines, and setting up the temperature monitoring system.

Period of Performance

The anticipated award date for this contract is June 16, 2026, with a preference for installation completion by July 24, 2026.
