The Bartow County School System is seeking proposals for the replacement of rooftop units at Cass High School. Work Details

The contractor will install new units purchased by the owner from the same manufacturer to facilitate compatibility. The work includes reconnecting these new units to the building automation system (BAS) and verifying their operation with the BAS provider before project completion. The proposal must include a lump sum price for removing and replacing all specified units as listed in Appendix A, along with a unitary pricing sheet for each unit. Additionally, pricing must be provided for replacing any curbs deemed unusable for the new equipment.

Period of Performance

The contract work is expected to commence upon issuance of a 'Notice to Proceed Work' within fifteen (15) days after approval by the Bartow County Board of Education. The completion timeline will be established based on project requirements and unit delivery dates shared with the successful bidder.
