2026-2028 Printing Services for Capital Project Services

Background

Washington County Capital Project Services is soliciting quotes for printing and reprographics services. The goal of this contract is to provide necessary printing services to support the County's capital projects. The contract will be effective starting July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2028.

Work Details

The contractor will provide various printing and reprographics services as detailed in the Pricing Table, which includes: 1) 22 x 34 single-sided blueprints (1,000) 2) 50% Reduction from 22 x 34 (1,000) 3) 11 x 17 Single-sided copies (bond white paper) (100,000) 4) 11 x 17 Double-sided copies (bond white paper) (75,000) Additional items include color laser prints, comb binding, spiral binding, and delivery services. The contractor must also be able to complete rush orders within five business days when specified. All work must comply with ORS 282.210 regarding public printing.

Period of Performance

The contract will commence on July 1, 2026, and conclude on June 30, 2028.

Place of Performance

Services will primarily be performed at the County's Walnut Street Center located at 1400 SW Walnut Street, Hillsboro, OR 97123.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must confirm compliance with all solicitation requirements and certify that they have not discriminated against any minority or women-owned businesses. They must also comply with Oregon tax laws and confirm their status as a resident bidder if applicable.
