Background The US Army Corps of Engineers – Portland District (USACE) is soliciting services to maintain existing riparian plantings at the Chumbley and Cottonwood Island wildlife mitigation sites in Cowlitz County, WA. This contract is a non-personal services requirement aimed at ensuring the health and sustainability of these ecological sites. The contract will be executed under a Single Award Task Order Contract (SATOC) with a five-year ordering period from the date of award, specifically from June 1, 2026, to May 31, 2031. Work Details The contractor shall perform maintenance services as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Key tasks include: 1. Maintenance of existing riparian plantings at both sites. 2. Tasks 1, 6, 7, and 12 are independent of acreage while tasks 2, 3, 4, 5, 8, 9, 10, and 11 are dependent on acreage. 3.
