Background The Louisiana Army National Guard (LAANG) requires laundry services to support a total of 120 personnel, generating an estimated maximum of 600 pounds of laundry per week. The goal of this contract is to ensure uninterrupted laundry services in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). Work Details The contractor shall provide comprehensive laundry services including pickup and delivery to Jackson Barracks Billeting located at 6400 St. Claude Ave., New Orleans, LA 70117. Services will be executed once a week with a maximum volume of 600 pounds collected across all locations. The contractor must ensure that each laundry bag is processed individually to prevent commingling of items during washing, drying, or folding. All laundry must be professionally washed, dried, and folded before being returned to its specific hotel of origin. The contractor is responsible for managing the service schedule to ensure that no more than five days and no less than one day elapses between service dates. A complete service consists of pickup, wash, dry, fold, and delivery. Additionally, the contractor must provide a missing item slip for lost items and clothes and retrieve those items for return on the next service date or provide clarification on why the item could not be returned.
