Background The Metropolitan Nashville Public Schools (MNPS) is seeking skilled suppliers to provide operation and maintenance services for the newly constructed tennis court facility at Margaret Allen Middle School. This initiative aims to ensure the upkeep and maintenance of athletic facilities, supporting the agency's mission to foster a healthy and active student body. Work Details The contractor will be responsible for operating, maintaining, and investing in the tennis facility. This includes providing full upkeep, repairs, and regular maintenance at no cost to MNPS. The contractor will also have access to use the courts for approved programming. Services will be requested by Purchase Order on an as-needed basis, with no minimum guarantee of goods or services. Period of Performance The contract term will begin on a date specified in the contract and may extend up to sixty (60) months with written amendment from all parties involved. Place of Performance Services will be performed at the Margaret Allen Middle School Tennis Court Facility located in Nashville, Tennessee. Bidder Requirements Contractor must possess all necessary licenses, permissions, and certifications to perform under this contract. Additionally, proof of insurance naming MNPS as an additional insured is required prior to commencement of performance.
