Sealed Bids will be received by the Purchasing Department of Rapides Parish School Board, 619 Sixth Street, P.O. BOX 7117, Alexandria, Louisiana 71306, until 11:00 a.m. Thursday, May 28, 2026 for: "Purchase of Meat" - RPSB BID NO. FS 15-26-27 Purchase of Frozen Foods RPSB BID NO. FS 20-26-27 Purchase of Processed Foods RPSB BID NO. FS 25-26-27 After stamping to acknowledge timely receipt, the proposals will be publicly opened and read by the Executive Committee and/or staff of the Rapides Parish School Board. Sole responsibility for proper delivery of any bid is that of the bidder. Any offer received after closing time (11:00 A.M., May 28, 2026) will be returned unopened. Complete Bid Documents may be obtained from Central Bidding - www.centralauctionhouse.com (fees may be associated with the use of this site) or they can be requested by email to purchasingdept@rpsb.us Awards will not be made on the date of the proposal opening, but will be awarded by the School Board at a later meeting. The Rapides Parish School Board reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids for just cause. The School Board also reserves the right to reject one or more complete items in any bid.
