Background The City of Ashland is issuing a solicitation for the East Main Park Public Improvements project, aimed at enhancing road, pedestrian, and streetscape facilities. Bidder Requirements Bidders must prequalify to submit a bid. They are required to have a current registration with the Oregon Construction Contractors Board or the State Landscape Contractors Board. Bidders must provide bid security in the form of a certified check or surety bond equal to ten percent of the total bid amount. Additionally, bidders must comply with ORS 279C.800 to 279C.870 regarding prevailing wage laws and submit a First-Tier Subcontractor Disclosure Form if applicable.
