Background The Madison County School System, located in Danielsville, Georgia, is soliciting proposals for custodial supplies to support the school district's operations. The goal of this contract is to procure necessary custodial products that meet the needs of various school facilities within the district. Work Details Vendors are required to provide a range of consumable supplies for custodial services, including but not limited to: - Trash bags - Liners - Floor seal - Finish - Stripper - Detergents - Disinfectants - Cleaning chemicals - Foam hand soap with dispensers - Hand sanitizer with dispensers - Rags - Carpet shampoo - Mops - Mop buckets - Dust mops - Brooms - Brushes - Paper products. Proposals must include a plan for providing and stocking these items at all locations. Additionally, vendors must ensure that any defective items upon arrival (DOA) are replaced at no cost to the Madison County School System. Pricing must be comprehensive and include all charges related to delivery and uncrating of supplies. Period of Performance The awarded contract will be valid from the award date until successful delivery of all equipment. The anticipated ordering period is in June or early July with deliveries expected in late July or early August. Place of Performance Supplies will be delivered to various locations within the Madison County School System including: - Madison County Early Learning Center/Board of Education/Colt Academy - Colbert Elementary School - Comer Elementary School - Danielsville Elementary School - Hull Sanford Elementary School - Ila Elementary School - Madison County Middle School - Madison County High School. Bidder Requirements Vendors must submit proof of insurance with their proposal response. They must comply with O.C.G.A 13-10-91 regarding E-Verify registration and provide a Contractor Affidavit. Additionally, vendors should have experience in custodial supply sales and provide references from similar projects completed within the past five years.
