Background The City of Ashland is issuing a solicitation for the development of East Main Park Phase 1, Project No. 2024-16. Bidders are required to provide a bid security equal to ten percent of the total bid amount. Compliance with Oregon's prevailing wage laws is mandatory for contracts exceeding $50,000.
