Background The Western Area Power Administration (WAPA), part of the U.S. Department of Energy, is seeking to address issues related to crawlspace conditions at the Bismarck District Office. The goal of this contract is to perform crawlspace remediation, drainage improvements, and the installation of a dehumidification system to enhance the facility's operational integrity and safety. Work Details The contractor will be responsible for the following tasks: 1. Crawlspace remediation including removal of debris and hazardous materials. 2. Installation of a drainage system to prevent water accumulation. 3. Installation of a dehumidification system to control humidity levels in the crawlspace area. All work must comply with the specifications outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW) provided by WAPA. Period of Performance The contractor shall commence work within 1 calendar day after receiving the notice to proceed and is expected to complete all tasks within 120 calendar days. Place of Performance All work will be performed at the Bismarck District Office located at 707 N Bismarck Expressway, Bismarck, ND 58501-3308.
