Background The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is seeking to procure the Stryker iBed Wireless Server License, Integration, Dashboard, Server Maintenance and Installation for the Manchester VA Medical Center. This procurement aims to enhance patient care by integrating with existing Stryker mattresses to provide actionable data related to patient fall assessments and room assignments. The contract is set aside for small business competition among authorized distributors of Stryker products. Work Details The contractor will be responsible for supplying and delivering the following items: 28 Stryker iBed Server Application licenses, 1 iBed Wireless Integration unit, 28 Vision Dashboards, and 1 Server Annual Maintenance package. The vendor must provide service manuals in electronic format that include operation theory, maintenance requirements, repair information, schematics, part lists, and troubleshooting information. All equipment must be new (not used or refurbished) with the latest software/hardware updates installed. Delivery must occur during normal business hours and will require coordination with VA personnel. Additionally, the vendor must provide assembly, installation, and calibration services for the equipment. Live clinical training on setup and operation will also be required for nursing staff post-installation. Period of Performance The contract performance period is expected to span from January 19, 2026, to March 01, 2026. Place of Performance The contract will be performed at the Manchester VA Medical Center located at 718 Smyth Road, Manchester, NH 03104.
