Background The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC) at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base (WPAFB) requires a Special Access Program Facility (SAPF) to support the management of Secure Voice Services (SVS) for various Special Access Programs (SAPs). The goal is to provide necessary facilities and services to enable secure communications for both government and defense industrial base offices, thereby enhancing the development and deployment of SAP products used by the warfighter. The existing facilities at WPAFB are insufficient to meet the growing needs of the SAP/SCI community, necessitating this contract. Work Details The contractor will provide an off-base facility that includes: - Space for 44 personnel organized into 8 teams, with dedicated office spaces. - Each workstation must accommodate 6 fiber drops for phone and data equipment, with desks designed for 2 PCs, 3 monitors, and 2 phones. - A total of 1,500 square feet of storage space is required for over 2,500 pieces of IT equipment. - A loading dock must be available for hardware deliveries. - A commercial data circuit of 2 GB is necessary for remote IT system management. - A communications room large enough to house 2 racks for IT equipment installation is required. Additionally, the contractor will provide turnkey services, security services, and facility management to support operations related to acknowledged and unacknowledged SAPs. Period of Performance The anticipated period of performance for this contract is three years from the date of award. Place of Performance The contract will be performed at an off-base facility in Beavercreek, Ohio.
