Background The Louisiana Department of Health (LDH) is seeking to establish a service contract for Pest Control Services for the Eastern Louisiana Mental Health System. Work Details The contractor will provide comprehensive pest control services for all buildings under the Eastern Louisiana Mental Health System. The contract covers a total of 12 months of service, with potential extensions for two additional 12-month periods at the same pricing. Period of Performance The contract will commence on July 1, 2026, or upon date of award and will conclude on June 30, 2027. There is an option to renew for two additional years, making the total possible duration up to 36 months. Place of Performance Services will be performed at various locations within the Eastern Louisiana Mental Health System, specifically at the LDH warehouse receiving facility located at 4502 HWY 951, Jackson, LA 70748. Bidder Requirements Bidders must be registered in the LaGov system to submit an online bid. Additionally, bidders are required to include a W-9 form if they are newly registered. Compliance with federal and state laws regarding civil rights and accessibility standards is mandatory.
