Background The Dougherty County School System (DCSS) is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide custodial supplies for restocking the district warehouse. The goal of this contract is to ensure that the schools within the district have adequate cleaning supplies to maintain a safe and clean environment for students and staff. Work Details Vendors are required to supply a variety of custodial supplies as specified in the solicitation. Key items include: 1. Absorbent instant gel with disinfectant (16 oz) - 480 units 2. Big wheel container with lid (50-gal) - 20 units 10. Pumice stone/pumie scouring stick PUM12 - 720 units 11. Deodorizers, wall hung (24-oz, individually boxed) - 900 units 12. Period of Performance The contract period is from July 1, 2026, through December 31, 2026. Place of Performance All deliveries will be made to the Dougherty County School System's warehouse located at 601 Flint Ave., Albany, GA. Bidder Requirements Bidders must complete and return several forms including: - DJEA Policy Form, - Vendor Information Form, - Vendor References Form, - Acknowledgement Form, - Debarment Form, - Certification of Non-Collusion, - Georgia Security & Immigration Compliance Act forms for both contractors and subcontractors.
