The City of Kingsport, Tennessee is requesting sealed bids for the sale of real property located at Parcel 046H, G, 003.00, 526 Sequoyah Drive, Kingsport. The property is being sold as is, where is, with all faults, known and unknown. Interested bidders must obtain the Instructions to Bidders - Sealed Bid for Real Estate, which contains the terms of sale and requirements for bidding. This document is available at the City Clerk's Office located at 415 Broad Street and online at www.kingsporttn.gov under the Notices section. Bids must be submitted using the provided Bid Form included in the Instructions to Bidders. Bids will be accepted until May 28, 2026, at 4:00 PM EST, after which they will be publicly opened in the third-floor boardroom of City Hall. Bids must be delivered to Travis Bishop, City Recorder, at the City Clerk's Office by the specified deadline. Late submissions will not be accepted and will be returned unopened. A security deposit is required as outlined in the Instructions to Bidders. The property will be sold subject to any delinquent taxes and other recorded restrictions.
