Riverchase & Inverness WWTP Generators Replacement

Sealed bids are being accepted for the replacement of generators and automatic transfer switches at the Riverchase and Inverness Wastewater Treatment Plants (WWTPs) in Hoover, Alabama. Bids will be received at Hoover City Hall until June 17, 2026, at 2:00 PM local time, at which point they will be publicly opened and read aloud. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for June 3, 2026, at 10:00 AM at the Hoover Public Safety Center, located at 2020 Valleydale Road, Hoover, Alabama. Attendance is encouraged but not mandatory. Bidders must comply with the requirements of the Contractor's Licensing Law of Alabama and must be licensed for the type of work on which they are bidding. Bid security must be provided in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Bidders are also required to submit a list of successfully completed projects within the last two years that are similar in scope and cost to this project. A deposit of $20.00 is required for digital access, and $50.00 for each printed set, which is non-refundable.
