East Ridge Community Center Cabinetry Improvements

The City of East Ridge is inviting sealed bids for the demolition and replacement of existing cabinets and countertops at the East Ridge Community Center. This project includes limited plumbing removal and minor flooring work. The location for the work is 1515 Tombras Avenue, East Ridge, TN. Bid specifications can be accessed online at eastridgetn.gov/bids. Additionally, bidders can contact the City Clerk's Office at 423-867-7711 or email jdeitrick@eastridgetn.gov for further information. Bids must be submitted by 2:30 pm EST on May 20, 2026, at City Hall, located at 1517 Tombras Ave, East Ridge, TN 37412. At that time, the bids will be opened and publicly read. It is important that all bids are clearly marked East Ridge Community Center Cabinetry Project on the outside of the sealed envelope. The City of East Ridge reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive technicalities as deemed necessary, awarding the bid in the best interest of the City.
