The United States Marine Corps (USMC) is seeking to determine the interest, availability, and capabilities of potential offerors to provide the Heavy Helicopter Training Squadron (HMHT-302) Training Program Curriculum Sustainment Transition Services. This initiative is aimed at supporting the technical training courses for the USMC CH-53K helicopter. The government anticipates that any resulting Request for Proposal will be set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB). The findings from this Sources Sought Notice will inform the final acquisition and contracting strategy.
The contractor will be responsible for providing comprehensive curriculum sustainment transition services, which include but are not limited to: 1. Development and revision of operator and maintenance classified/unclassified curriculum and classroom training delivery systems for CH-53K technical training courses. 2. Support for fleet training across various commands including Commander U.S. Fleet Forces Command, Naval Air Forces, and U.S. Marine Corps Forces Pacific. 3. Provision of Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) with experience in CH-53K curriculum development at Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS) New River, NC. 4. Delivery of all necessary Curriculum Support personnel to update course materials for Interactive Multimedia Instruction (IMI) Levels 1 4. 5. Familiarity with Merge, Manage & Modernize E-Learning Development (MELD) and MELD Learning Management System to track course changes.
The estimated period of performance for this contract is forty-eight months.
The primary place of performance will be at Marine Corps Air Station New River, NC.
