The goal is to implement a solution that enables end users to screen applicants using validated assessment tools, thereby identifying high-quality candidates, reducing employee turnover, improving consistency in hiring decisions, and streamlining applicant evaluations across multiple departments. Work Details The contractor will provide a Comprehensive Web-based Pre-Employment Testing Platform that includes: - Administration and management of applicant assessments across multiple departments. - High-volume candidate screening tools. - Position-specific testing options or customizable assessment combinations. - Standardized testing packages aligned with job classifications. - À la carte assessment selection for promotional processes or specialized evaluations. - Fully web-based access without requiring specialized software installation. - Secure internet-based interfaces for end-user access. - Sole ownership of all data collected by Boone County. - Data storage and support portals located in the United States only. The platform must support various assessment types including cognitive aptitude, personality assessments, skills-based testing, and integrity testing. It should also include features such as remote test administration, configurable workflows based on position or department, real-time scoring and reporting capabilities, and compliance with applicable employment laws. Period of Performance The initial contract period will be for two years from the date of implementation and go-live, with options to renew for five additional one-year periods. After the final renewal term, the contract may continue on a month-to-month basis until terminated by either party with thirty days' written notice. Place of Performance The services will be performed in Boone County, Missouri. All data must be stored within the United States.
