Work Details The awarded Contractor will conduct a comprehensive assessment of the project needs, including: 1. Staffing Analysis: Determine appropriate staffing levels based on inmate population and classification; identify staffing gaps contributing to overtime. 2. Overtime Reduction: Develop strategies to reduce mandatory overtime; improve scheduling practices and staffing allocation. 3.
