The hospital is seeking to identify providers capable of delivering oral and maxillofacial surgery services. This Request for Information (RFI) aims to gather proposals from qualified entities to fulfill this need. Work Details The selected provider will be responsible for delivering oral and maxillofacial surgery services, which include emergency and on-call surgical services for both inpatients and outpatients at UMC. Providers must ensure that their member physicians are credentialed and maintain good standing with the hospital's medical staff. The services provided must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). Providers will also be required to submit a signed Professional Services Agreement and maintain professional liability insurance. Period of Performance The contract is set to commence on July 1, 2026, and will remain effective until June 30, 2029, with options for two additional one-year extensions. Place of Performance Services will be performed at the University Medical Center of Southern Nevada located in Las Vegas, Nevada. Bidder Requirements Providers must hold an active business license with Clark County and be in good standing with the Nevada Secretary of State. They should not have been excluded from any federal health care program or convicted of any felonies related to healthcare. Additionally, providers must comply with UMC's Contracted/Non-Employee Requirements Policy and may need to obtain a Clark County business license if applicable.
