Background The Port of Hood River is seeking bids for maintenance repairs on the Hood River-White Salmon Interstate Bridge. Period of Performance The contract period begins with the issuance of a Notice to Proceed and concludes upon Final Completion. Place of Performance The work will be performed at the Hood River-White Salmon Interstate Bridge located in Hood River County, Oregon. Bidder Requirements Bidders must be licensed with the State of Oregon Contractors Board (CCB) prior to bidding. All subcontractors must also be registered with the CCB.
