Background The City of Champaign, Illinois, is seeking bids for a full-service HVAC/Mechanical maintenance and repair service agreement for City-owned facilities. Work Details The contractor will provide comprehensive HVAC maintenance and repair services, which include but are not limited to: regular inspections, preventive maintenance, emergency repairs, and replacement of HVAC components as necessary. The contractor must ensure that all work complies with applicable codes and standards. Place of Performance Services will be performed at various City-owned facilities located within Champaign, Illinois. Bidder Requirements Bidders must demonstrate compliance with the Champaign Diversity Advancement Program (CDAP) goals by employing at least 20% minority employees and 15% female employees on the project. Bidders are required to submit an Affirmative Action plan and a CDAP Utilization/Good Faith Efforts Form as part of their bid. Additionally, bidders must hold relevant licenses and insurance as specified in the contract documents.
