Remotely Operated Vehicle (ROV) Survey Services: PacWave

OSU is seeking Proposals from qualified contractors to provide Remotely Operated Vehicle ( ROV ) survey services at the PacWave South test facility located offshore of Newport, OR. The Contractor shall furnish all personnel, equipment, vessels, and operational support necessary to perform and complete the work in 2026 as described in the Scope of Work. All activities shall be conducted in accordance with applicable offshore safety standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices. Responses to the solicitation must be received no later than the due date and time in accordance with the submittal instructions contained in the solicitation document.
