This is a construction requirement for the design, demolition, and replacement of the roof for the AFCENT Headquarters building 1130 in accordance with the attached Statement of Work dated 28 February 2026. Competition: This requirement is a 100% Small Business Concern Set Aside for North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 238160. The Magnitude of this requirement in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 36.204(F) is valued between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. ***A site visit is scheduled on 30 April 2026 / 10:00 A.M.
