Redevelopment of Property on Blackburn Drive

The City of Morristown is requesting proposals from qualified parties interested in purchasing and developing approximately 14.8 acres of land on Blackburn Drive a portion recently subdivided off of 691 & 701 N Liberty Hill Road which is recorded with the Register of Deeds as Plat Book P Page 135. The City of Morristown is the current owner of the property. The intent of the RFP is to consider offers for the purchase and development of the property.
