Background The Red Clay Consolidated School District is issuing a contract for renovations at Mote Elementary School, Project # 2-26-80. Bidder Requirements Bidders must attend a mandatory pre-bid meeting to establish subcontractor listings. Each bid must include a bid security equivalent to ten percent of the bid amount. The successful bidder is required to post a performance bond and payment bond equal to 100 percent of the contract price upon execution.
